 When it was time for me to make a new website I started googling and found some web design companies in Bangkok which I mailed.
I decided to give it a go with Mr. Thanya's company based on his mail he sent me back and his prices. I explained to him that I was in a hurry which lead to him and some of his workers to start with the design of the website as good as immediately.
